ENERY RATING A+

buildings that consume 80% less

The NZEB buildings (Nearly Zero Energy Buildings) or buildings of nearly zero energy consumption, are changing our geography, because the techniques used in its construction are conscious and responsible for the planet and for those who inhabit it. The operation of these buildings, also called passive buildings, limit the consumption of resources to the maximum, so they hardly need energy for their air conditioning or for other uses such as hot water.

3d envelope

Integral construction system, earthquake resistant and thermo-acoustic insulation

To build buildings with nearly zero energy consumption, we strive to achieve a perfectly insulated envolope structure, without thermal bridges or energy losses. On this basis we incorporate renewable energy equipment with latest technologies: geothermal, solar heat, thermodynamic, equipment and aerothermy. These equipments are chosen and combined according to each project, to obtain as a result a protected space, with constantly renewed air and with the minimum energy consumption.

The future is in passive buldings

We eliminate the energy mortgage up to 95%

A building of energy rating A+ supposes the elimination of the energetic mortgage of the same, a mortgage that is as significant as the financial one and that grows throughout the useful life of the house. It means reducing between 80 and 95% the cost of maintaining the interior of a home, office or industry at a comfortable temperature in both winter and summer. NZEB buildings are requirement of the European Community. According to a directive in force, from 2018, all public buildings built in Europe, must be nearly zero energy consumption, as we are already building them. Two years later, in 2020, all buildings should be constructed in this way.
